This is my simple Spiky Block blueprint! Much like Nintendo's Thwamps, this little guy is super cute and comes crushing down to take out the player. I used Timeline to move my block and set color events for the eye color change. The color change is made through a dynamic material. My initial issue with the blocks was that it didn't change color. It ended up that I misspelled something in the Event Graph tab so the variable didn't recognize what it needed to do.
